Head of Marketing (m/f/d), full-time, in Salzburg

That's why we need you:

As Head of Marketing, you will lead and inspire our marketing team to successfully target new and existing customers and build lasting relationships.

• Strategic planning and hands-on mentality for the guidance of the team with simultaneous operational implementation
• Creation of enterprise-relevant content for lead generation and optimization of the lead funnel
• Define and meet clear marketing objectives and KPIs focused on enterprise growth
• Provision of the necessary marketing resources for enterprise sales
• Coordination of press communication and maintenance of corresponding contacts
• Analysis of marketing data and derivation of optimization measures (website, organic and paid ads, etc.)
• Supporting the sales team in presenting our products to interested parties (online or at conferences and trade fairs)
• Developing the brand and target group-relevant communication strategies
• Establishment, maintenance and further development of communities
• Responsibility for marketing budget for paid ads and performance optimization
• Strategy and operational implementation with a focus on measurable results in the enterprise segment
• Implementation and management of marketing automation processes for the efficient processing of enterprise leads
