Team Axess had already used the mobile phone signature before, but sproof sign offered us the perfect complement to it to be able to use the full potential of the digital signature.

How did the decision to introduce the digital signature come about?

Wolf: “Basically, we had already used the digital signature in the management before. With sproof sign, however, we were also offered a platform in which you can integrate everything, as well as replicate and manage processes.

The eSignature has actually always proven to be quite practical, especially when something had to be signed quickly. The sproof software is also great for authorities and especially for tenders, where this type of signature is now required.

Especially in management, colleagues are often on the road and not in the office. This is where the eSignature comes into its own. It is also quite a relief for sales that work across national and company borders, as you can not only sign several documents at once with just a few clicks, but also simply ‘switch’ between different profiles and signature forms.”

What criteria were decisive for you in finding the right e-signature provider?

Wolf: “Actually, we hadn’t even dealt with the topic before, we already had the electronic signature with A-Trust in use. When sproof approached us, I particularly liked the idea that it is a local company and that you have a proximity to the company itself. Data protection was of course also a decisive point, as was the price-performance ratio.”

For which use cases is the digital signature used?

Wolf: “It is used intensively in management, and then, of course, so are the internal employees. HR is a big topic for us, the ladies there use it very much. We also use it for all kinds of approvals, for example when employees want to place orders or need a travel allowance. The colleague then has everything digitally and can call up what he needs, which is very practical. But the qualified signature is also essential when working with and interacting with our banks. There, the signatu standard is always checked incredibly closely.”

How did the integration of the cloud work?

Wolf: “I would say that the integration actually ran smoothly!”

What about your standards in terms of data security and compliance, so where have you as a software company set the focus for yourself?

Wolf: “Data protection is something that we attach great importance to, as we ourselves are a data processor for our customers. For this purpose, we also have a data protection officer who meticulously examines all digital solutions to be introduced from a legal point of view and gives a very experienced assessment.”
