These are the new or improved features in the sproof app:
sproof Ident
Enables Europe-wide, legally compliant identification of persons via a single interface. The service bundles official digital IDs (eIDs) as well as video and auto-ident procedures and can be fully integrated into your systems in your own brand design (white label).
Assistance function
This feature allows you to designate other team members as assistants. Assistants can prepare documents and batch workflows to relieve C-level users. The new login history ensures maximum transparency and security through seamless tracking.
Limited document visibility
Increase discretion in your workflows with the “need-to-know” principle. This feature ensures that participants can only view the documents that are relevant to them – a significant advantage for GDPR compliance in complex business processes.
Granular asset sharing
Optimize collaboration through the targeted release of contact groups and workflow templates at person or group level. This prevents template proliferation and ensures that your organization always works with the correct templates.
API extension

Power Automate Connector
Integrate sproof Sign into your Microsoft ecosystem without any programming effort. The new connector enables automated signature processes directly from M365, Dynamics or SharePoint.
