Simply upload the document to be signed and click the "Invite contacts" button in the editor. Here they can access existing contacts or add new email addresses. Afterwards, you can set an order in which you want your contacts to sign and personalize your invitation to sign, if needed.

Can signature recipients also choose other signature providers?

Yes, the QES hub of sproof sign enables the signing person to decide for himself with which QES provider he wants to sign. This increases the chance of a fast and smooth signature progress and enables EU-wide collection of legally valid signatures.

Do externals have to pay for signature or be sproof sign user?

No. You can obtain an electronic signature from external parties without them having to pay for the signature. As a rule, you pay the costs for the signatures yourself. The recipients do not have to be registered with sproof sign as business or private customers, but can open the document and sign it online immediately.
